Our NJP-200 capsule filling machine consists of touch screen, closed turret, capsule vacuum position system, filling chamber, capsule joining station, dosing disk level adjusting switch, filled capsule ejection station, and dust collector.

Features
1. Our automatic capsule filling machine is small in size and easy to operate and maintain. It consumes little energy.
2. This capsule filler is standardized. It is equipped with interchangeable parts and the replacement of moulds is convenient and accurate.
3. Our capsule filling equipment boasts high precision, small vibration, and low noise which is below 80dB. The vacuum positioning mechanism ensures a capsule positioning probability of up to 99.9%.
4. The cam is set to face downwards. This allows the cam shafts to be well lubricated, reducing wear and tear, thus prolonging service life of parts.
5. The lower surface of the dosing disk is used as the benchmark and a 3D regulating mechanism is adopted. Uniform gap effectively reduces load difference.
6. This pharmaceutical packaging machine is equipped with a touch screen. Once it is running out capsule or powder or any other trouble occurs, it will stop working automatically. The number of the output capsules will be counted automatically and displayed on the touch screen.
